Hey all! Sorry I didn't get a chance to wish you all a Merry Christmas/Happy Holiday. I only had one day I could get on last week, and I was to damn tired. lol Hey, you try working at a department store the week before Christmas! It's friggen chaos!

Anyway, if you are wondering about gifts, I got a good haul. I got a beautiful eagle print throw blanket and $20.00 gift certificate to GameStop from my mom, the old "Clue" movie from my sister and nephew, "The Simpson's Movie" from my other sister, a fleece sweater and nice t-shirt from my brother, some new fishing suplies and a new pole from a friend, and Final Fantasy XII(PS2) from another friend. I spent some of my Christmas bonus on the "Ladder Matches" DVD and a Poker PS2 game.

Anyway, my main point in posting is me usual "WWE Year End nominations". They are as follows-

The Biggest loss to WWE is 2007- Chris Benoit

Forget what he did. When Benoit killed himself, WWE lost one of it's most popular and easily top tenichal wrestler it had. A man like the "Rabid Wolverine" in not easy to replace.

Runners up- Booker T, Trish Stratus/Lita, My interest(lol)

Most Inspirational- Chris Benoit

Shocker, huh? Again, it has nothing to do with what he did, but how those actions inspired the rest of the wrestling world to stop, step back, and look at themslves in the mirror. Benoit's tragety was a wake-up call to those popele still takingb their mental health for granted.

Runners up- Trish Stratus, Ric Flair, Mae Young

Biggest idiot-Batista

OK, this guy, Dave Bautista, actually has the gall to blame his cancer stricken ex-wife for her condition and for there breaking up, then pubicly frolics with the woman whom he was chetaing with? Can you be any more cold herated? He is extremely lucky that Triple H has his extra l;arge nose burried up his backside.

Runners up- Cryme Tyme(For striking an official), John Morrison(For attacking JBL), Dr. Phil Astin(for passing out the drugs that ruined a family sport).

Best return-Chris Jericho

Like there was any contest here. The "Save_us" angle was one of the most awsome ideas in ages. I just wish Y2J's steam stayed a little longer.

Runner ups- Edge, Chuck Palumbo, Shawn Michaels

Best storyline- "Hornswoggle McMahon"(Hornswoggle/Mr. McMahon/Johnathen Coachman/William Regal)

Little Horny had us laughing at Mr. McMahon's bad luck for most of the year. While not the most athletic part of the show, it kept us the most enterta9ined. Now just imagine how it could have come out had they used Mr. Kennedy as planned!

Runners up- "Team MVP"(Matt Hardy/MVP), "Money in the Bank-robbery"(Mr. Kennedy/Edge), "DX vs Rated-RKO"(Triple H/Shawn Michaels/Edge/Randy Orton)

Best fued- MVP vs Matt Hardy

Not only are both these guys great actors and highly charismatic, but they have awsome chemistry and athleticsm. Tyey simply mesh.

Runners up- Undertaker vs Batista, John Cena vs Randy Orton, Vince McMahon vs The World

Most Improoved- Randy Orton

Improoving in ring or even or camera is great, but the amount that Orton has improoved in backstage attitude this year is almost staggering. Now that he has his head out of his ass, look where it has got him.

Runners up- Jamie Noble, Matt Hardy, Viscera/Big Daddy V

Rookie of the Year- MVP

Montel Vontavios Porter has done what few men can, he has made it to the top within one year of joining WWE. I don't think there is a guy in wrestling today who doubts his greatness. Watch for him to become the next Rock or Triple H.

Runners up- Cody Rhodes, Beth Pheonix, Deuce N' Domino

Non-wrestler of the year- Hornswoggle

Again, the little guy is funny as hell. You don't need athletic ability when your 4 foot body oozes charisma. And he can hit a Tadpole Splash! BOOYAH!

Runners up- Vickie Guerrero, Johnathen Coachman, Ranjin Sighn

Tag Team of the Year- Deuce N' Domino

Unfortunatly, there weren't many to choose from. Off them all, The boys from the other side of the track have been most dominent. But even they have lost most of there steam these last few months, and became just another side show attraction. Teg wrestlingt in WWE is dead.

Runners up- Matt Hardy & MVP, Cade & Murdoch, London & Kendrick

Woman of the Year- Beth Pheonix

The Glamazon came out swinging. Coming off a brief but highly important fued with WWE Legend, Trish Stratus, in what was in my opinion a passing of the torch, she looks to be the next major woman's star.

Runners up- Candice Michelle, Michelle McCool, Jillian Hall

WWE Wrestler of the year 2007.... EDGE!

The Edgemiester has simply blew right through everybody else. He is gifted in the ring, awsome on the mike, willing to go where nobody has gone before (including, apparently, Lita's and Vickie's pants), and can't be stopped. The Rated-R Superstar is the picture of wrestling today.

Runners up- Randy Orton, John Cena, Shawn Michaels

Somthing I want to touch on. Has anybody noticed just how awsome Jamie Noble is? I am so glad that WWE is finely giving this underrated star a chance. I love his current storyline with Michelle McCool, with his trying so hard to really impress her. Know who he reminds me off? Comedian, Larry the Cable Guy, and I mean that in the nicest way. Even though he is a certified redneck, Larry is one of the most warm-hearted and sweetest man you can ever meet, and I think having Noble's character like that would be perfect. Hell, let's have Larry write the part!

Now, I would like to take a moment to take a look back and remember all those wrestling greats who we lost in the past year-

Scott "Bam Bam" Bigelow

Mike Awsome

Frank Gotch

Bad News Brown

"Big Cat" Ernie Ladd

"Golden Boy" Arnold Skaaland

"Sensational" Sherri Martel

Chris Benoit

Nancy "Woman" Benoit

Daniel Benoit(with "Daddy", as we want to remember them)

Bronco Lubich

"The Eliminator" John Kronus

Brian "Crush" Adams

"The Fabulous Moolah"
Lilian Ellison

May all rest in piece. We now look to the new future with bright new stars to shine...

I was curious about what makes a wrestling legend. pro wrestling certainly seems to have many more legends then other sports. I am an avid NFL fan, and don't know many football legends. I'm sure Tom Brady, Bret Farve, and Peyton Manning are guarenteed spots in the HoF someday, but for real legends, I only know John madden, Joe Montana, Joe Nameth, Dan Marino. With all the chaos in GT and that other forum, thought I would talk to myself and my few fans here. lol

I had my psych exam the other day. I was diagnosed with Aspergers Syndrome, as I thought, and also Depressive Bi-Polar Disorder(The mood swing version, not the manic version). Pretty much what i thought. MNow I need to know what meds they will put me on. Prozac, I hope. It worked well for me before. And I need somthing that works well, as I am starting my new job at Wal*Mart soon. I know they say Wal*Mart is a bad place to be, but I can't turn down a 11 dolar job, espiciall when one of my bosses is an old friend from school. lol

You may have see the memorial post below. "Poppy" was my step-mathers father. I have known him since I was a toddler, and will miss him deeply.

I don't know what the frig happened to cause such an explosion of hate in GT, but what makes me even more angry is that I get dragged into it no matter how much I try to stay neutruel. But the little gang that seems to be forming between me, Freddie, Compton, mos, and DiF will remain stong till the end, and without taking sides. I also retain strong neutruel friendships with TTB, Complete Shot, Ken, Rick, and LatinoHeat. So not all is lost.

BTW, I HATE these friggen posting glitches. lol

Most interviews are prety easy and stright forward. Just run in, say a few words, get your schedule, and run out. The one I had ealier this week was anything but. I had an interview from Wal*Mart. I went in at 3:00 on Monday. I had to waif for about ten minutes for the manager. After asking a few questions, he leaves for a few minutes, then tells me I have to go back the next morning because it is time for his break. I am annoyed, but I humor him. Afterall, a job that starts at $11.00 an hour is a serious thing. So the next morning, I go back. This time, they keep my waiting for over 45 minutes! Luckily, I was able to chack with the girl at the law-away delk and another employee I knew from school to pass the time. But I was still pretty pissed. So I get in, sign a few things, answer a few more questions, ect. Then he sends me half way across the state for a drug screening. I realize that drug screenings are required, but usually, you can do them at any doctor's office. But no, I have to go to the one across the street from the friggen airport. So after waiting in traffic for hours, I get in. By now, I really have to go to the bathroom, but I do the smart thing by holding it in. After sitting in the waiting room for a half-hour with a full blatter, the send me into the bathroom. I do the whole cup thing and get ready to go. The nurce pulls me aside. When she says what she says next... well, lets just say she's lucky she's a girl. See, she actually acused me of tampering with the test sample.

She acused me of faking my own friggen urine! Who does she think I am, Barry Bonds?

So, because of this, I don't get the job. I wasted three days and lost an $11.00 job. Some week, huh?

5 weeks, huh? A bit to long a gap between postings. I really wish I had more to say.

Anyway, today I am  telling you about my car ride from Hell yesterday, which wound up lasting well over 12 hours. At 10:30 in the morning, me, my sister Courtney, my mother, and my 2 year old nephew Alex left my house. First thing we did was drop of my mom at work, about 11:00. Then, my sister had to do some paperwork at the Department of Human Services. This took about a half-hour, during which I waited in the car. There was to problems here. One, it was getting very hot out, and there is no shade in the middle of a parking lot. Two, the parking lot was shared with the local ACI or youth detention center. So there I am sweating my ass off about 50 feet from a legtimate prison for a half-hour. next stop was Wal*Mart to do some shopping. Nice in cool in there... until the power went out! I swear! We did most of our shopping by emergency spotlights, with employees running every which way trying to find out what went wrong. From there, about 1:00 PM we went back my moms work to give her her break. On the way back to the house, we picked up my other sister, Brenda. At the house, we only had time to grab a few more suplies for the baby. It was back to my mom's work to drop her back off. From there, we stopped for gas, then drove about 10 miles to Newport, where copurtney had to help her friend cater for his resturaunt. We arrived about 5:00. Me and Brenda watched the baby. This babysitting lasted about 5 hours, during which time, the baby slipped from my grasp and jumped headfirst into a small pond(He loves water).so we had to jump in after him. After we all got dried, we watched movies until Courtney came back to pick us up. At 10:00, we headed back to West Warwick. I decided to try some navigating through some roads I knew. But the thick fog and pitch black night made the roads look much different, and screwed me up, so we got lost. This was in the dencely wooded area of Exeter, East Greenwich, and Western Coventry. If being lost wasn't bad enough, the transmission decided to let go right then. Luckily, I recognized a road name, and we managed to creep to a friends house. She gave Courtney a lift to find Transmassion fluid. It took them about 45 minutes and about 5 closed gas stations to find a 24-hour store with the damn stuff(It's well past midnight by now). The baby and Brenda are both outcold at this time, so I am sitting on the side of the road with only a dull house light to see by. I spent the time playing with a katidid(Spl?), a large incect that resembles a cross between a small turantula and a large grasshopper. The crickets are loud as all hell out there. Finally, they came back, and after some fixing of the car, we set off again. After dropping my sister off, we managed to make it home by about 2:30 in the morning!

My PS2 stopped playing any silver backed disks, so basically, I am stuck playing PS1 games until I can get a PS3. I am playing through Final fantasy IX, but my wrestling fix has been coming through WWF Attitude. While it's no SvR07, I am still having fun with it. Espicially the CAW mode. I have created just about every person who wrestled in WWE from 1995-2000, plus a team of WCWers. In total, including original CAWs and game included wrestlers, I have between 156 playable wrestlers, enough to keep me entertained, anywway. I can also replay the carreer mode without getting boared, as the matches are random everytime through, with only a random King of the Ring and Royal Rumble in the same spot. There is a pretty broad spectrum of match types, including Lumberjack and First Blood.

Here is an interesting fun fact for you. For those who have played, you know the the bollshed, even as animated as it is, is pretty extreme. You can bleed from all points on the head(Forehead, eyes, mouth, nose, back of head, ect.), from the chest, stomache, all over the arms. basically, after a half hour match, you look like somthing out of a Terry Funk/Raven ECW match. This is because it basically IS an ECW match. At the time Attitude and it's predisesor, Warzone, were made, WWE had a secret partnership with ECW(remember the late 90s invasion?). Both companies videogame rights were with Acclaim. ECW had to games out(ECW Anarchy Rules and ECW Hardcore Revolution). When Accialm made Attitude and Warzone, they not only used the same engine, but also the same base model. One thing they forgot to take out of the WWE game from the ECW leftovers was the bloodshed. Play Hardcore Revolution, and you will see those wrestlers bleed the EXACT same way!

First off, while inspired by the Benoit tradgety, this essay is NOt taking sides in that case. What This is about is the ugly truth about wrestling and it's people. This is the stuff we all know is true, but don't want to admit. This is both the good and the bad.

When people have said that WAY to many people have died prematire deaths from drug abuse in the wrestling business, we can't even come close to denying it. Just look at a sample list of deseased drugged up youngsters:

Bam Bam Bigelow- Overdose

Big Boss Man- heartattack, possibly frum drugs

Bobby Duncam Jr.- Overdose

Brian Pillman- Heart failure due to past drug issues

Chris Benoit- Suiside attributed to Steroids

Crash Holly- Suiside by overdose

"Brittish Bulldog" Davy Boy Smith- Overdose

Eddie Guerrero- Heart Attack due to past drug issues

"Miss" Elizabeth Huelette- Overdose

The Von Erich family- four deaths by suiside, one by overdose

Mike Awsome- Suiside

Mr. Perfect- Cocaine Overdose

Rick Rude- Heart attack due to past drug issues

Roadwarrior Hawk- Heartattack due to past drug issues

"Sensational" Sherri Martel- now being looked at as perscription drug overdose, but not confirmed

It's not sixty wrestlers, but still way to many. What this shows is that somthing HAS to change. What is that? For starters, us fans. The problems the industry faces today stem from wrestlers making dumb decisions in the name of entertaining fans. They know that we tend to see them as real life indestructable imortals, like somthing out of Heroes(Think Haley). In orderv to keep that image, they work matches even after sustaining serious injuriesin the ring, super-glue lacerations, so they can compete n another match, and refuse hospital treatment to keep up a badass image. The first thing that needs to change is that we fans have to stop expecting too much from these human beings. When Triple H tor his quad in 2001, he shouldn't have felt the need to finish that match, thereby chancing his injury worsening. The fans need to pass the message to the wrestlers that it is OK to take care of themselves, even if it makes their characters look weak. After all, they are just that, characters.

Second, we all have got to stop lying to ourselves in saying that thier is no drug problems left in wrestling. That is big a falseity as their comes, and Rob Van Dam and Sabu's pot bust in 2006 prooves that. We saw WWE wrestlers Chris Masters and Joey Murcury get busted with muscle enhancers, prooving they are their. TNA wrestler Austin Aries had the same. Why do so many wrestlers still use steroids? Probably because of the WWE's decision to only hire what is refered to a "mountain man", or a 250+ man whp resembles a mountain range. Little guys have no chance of getting anywhere without fake muscles. I can see why Rey Mysterio and Gergory Helms may have taken them. WWE needs to stop being so picky about size and let smaller talented guys, such as rey Mysterio, Chavo Guerrero, and Gergory Helms, have chances that yesterday's small but talented, such as Sean Waltman and Ultimo Dragon didn't have. Then maybe small guys won't see 'Roids as they only available path. I know that pot and alchahole make wonderful anti-stress remedies, but they are also harmfull and illegal. if you absouluty have to do them, do them on your own time, and where you won't effect any other living people. And for God's skae, don't be a complete and udder fool like Chris Benoit, and force unperscribed drugs upon others. That's simply unethical and inhumane.

Next, traveling talent have to know when enough is enough and need to rest their bodies and minds. It's no secret that traveling 4-5 days a week can cause severe stress. But people need to react to that. If you feel that you are acting in a completly atypical and unusuall way, request time off. I have never known WWE to deny time of for mental rest. There are also things you can do to reliave built up tension. Writing blogs, like so many My Spacing wrestlers, such as Matt Hardy and Victoria do can be very therupudic. A light, unstrenuous workout can help. Just walking around the empty part of an arena can give a guy time to think. Some people listen to music. Some read books. Some cook. Even seeing a psycologist on down time is out of the question. Talking to someone can be the best remedy off all. If you have been dianosed with a mental disability such as depression or anxioty and have been perscribed medication, don't stop taking the meds. The WWE talent wellness policy doesn't effect those. It's no secret that pain killers can become part of a daily regimen for a hard working athlete, but somtimes it's better to grin and bear the pain if you feel the pain killers are getting the best of you.

Finally, if worse comes to worse, there is always one way out: quit. Nobody is forcing anybody to stay in the business(Even is Ric Flair doesn't know the word "quit"), and somtimes you just have to say the "enough is enough". Luckily, there are a handfull of wrestlers, such as Dean Malenko, Chris Jericho, Big Show, and Kevin Von Erich, you are happily enjoying post-wrestling life with their famies. (For some of those such stories, check out the "Where are they now" section at WWE.com). Eben for those who quit, you can always come back whe n you got your life together.

First off, c

I know I'm taking it hard for a guy who I watch on TV, but I have followed this man for over a decade, and had a deep respect and admiration for him, someone I learned a lot from, and now it all feels tainted. If you asked me whether or not he should be in the Hall of fame, my answer would be "I have no fucĀking idea".

I confess, I am feeling sick to my stomache. I know that life constantly on the road, maritial issues, daily fights, ect. can cause depression and all that, but that doesn't give you the right to slaughter your family. Can you imagine if everybody in WWE got fed up and wiped out their families? The body count would be astonishing. Aa a person who suffers from manic depression, I know that all depression victims knows their limits, and Benoit should have refused to wrestle or travel when he realized their was a problem. Even quit WWE if it came to that. If he had any form of depression, he should have been on some kind of medication for it. The WWE's drug crackdown does NOT include perscriptions. And if Benoit was on Steroids, then all the more reason to be disgusted.

Even for sombody with depression, suiside is selfish and murder is inhumane. I bet that Eddie is crying over the years of his life he wasted trying to teach somthing to a man who apparently never learned.

I'm not sure what to feel... Shock? confusion? grief? I'm simply unable to comprehend what I have spent the last 20 minutes reading. Even when I heard about Chris's death on the news this morning, I wasn't prepared for this. It's simply illogical, and seemingly impossible.

I don't know anything about Chris's personal life, and I, nor anybody else here, is in any position to judge him. When it comes to the "murders" of Nancy and Daniel, I can't imagine Chris doing such a thing, but I'll leave it to the people who knew him outside the business to figure out.

As a wrestler, Chris Benoit was gifted with amazing athletic prowess. he wasn't what you would call a cosumour on a microphone, but he didn't need to be. The "Speak quietly and carry a big stick" gimmick fit him perfectly. I can honestly say that watching benoit hitting Suplexes, Top rope headdrops, and other moves that I only connect with in my dreams, was easily a highlight on my "carreer" as a wrestling critic.

Whether he wrestled for ECW, WCW, or WWE, on a list of the best tenichal wrestlers in a company, Benoit was always at the top.

Now taking into account the death of benoit's close friend, Eddie Guerrero, in November of 2005, it's frustrating to watch two of the guys responcible for most of the mentoring and respect of the younger generation dissapear forever. It's a huge loss for the entire wrestling industry. And the death of Benoit's wife, Nancy "Woman" Benoit, a female wrestler from the 1990s WCW, is another tough blow to female wrestlers everywhere, espicially being so close on the heels of the death of WWE Hall of Famer, "Sensational" Sherri Martel.

In the last month, wrestling has lost a massive part of it's self that can never be regained. All I can say is that the newly formed Radicals are kicking ass and taking names in heaven.

In loving memory Chris Benoit 1967-2007 Nancy "Woman" Daus-Benoit 1964-2007 Daniel Christopher Benoit 2000-2007 Rest in Peace

Well, after taking a week off from the web world to take care of family business, I'm back. The week had it's serious up's and downs.

As I mentioned, my grandfather passed away last Monday. The family met on Tuesday to greive together. Wenesday night was the wake at Gorton's Funeral Home.Nice little ceremony, and I enjoyed talking to distant family I haven't seen in years.

Thurday morning, in 95 degree weather, was the funeral. First the memorial service at Summit Baptist Church (Where Grandpa used to go)in East Greenwich, RI. A beautiful service. Pastor Auld did an awsome job. I was a pall bearer, and carried the head of the coffin. Not as heavy as I thought it would be honestly. Riding in the vechical reserved for the pall bearers was actually fun, as there were no woman present, so we could talk about guy things such as football, Nascar, fishing, and BBQ resturaunts. We also had a blast picking fun at stupid fast food comersials.
"Wake up with the King!"(BurgerKing). Sorry, but if I wake up with the Burger King in my bed, I really have to start wondering just WHAT I was doing the night before!

Anyway, we then drove to Knotty Oak cemetary in Coventry, RI, where my grandfather had a stone premade for him and my grandmother, Tsuerue(Or Mickie, as we all call her). The burrial was also beautiful, although we all roasted in our suits. The bottled water we were all given could have been used to boil our lunch.

Actually, for lunch, we went back to the church where the church members prepared a small banquet of finger sandwhiches, snackfoods, fruit, and desert cakes. Very delicious.

On Saturday, I went to a cookout at a freinds house. Spent the morning fishing in a canou. Forgot to put on sunblock, and wound up badly sunburned. My knees burned so hard that it hurt to walk for a while.  We had BBQed chicken, watched a movie(Path of Destruction), played badmitton, and had a huge fire in their pit.

On Sunday, the family went to church at Summit, then went to Cracker Barrel for lunch. It was nerve racking trying to eat my BLT with a dear head staring at me.

After lunch, me, my sisters, and my father went hiking in a wildlife preserve. Gorgous area.

On Monday, I rested all day. Hey, it was a holiday. I did go to visit my Grandfather's grave in the evening, though.

And that brings us to today.
